About Us
Pergola Viva is a company based in Kepez, Antalya, that has been manufacturing bioclimatic pergolas, glass enclosures and shading systems for more than ten years. We run every stage from measurement to installation with our own team, and we manufacture in our own workshop in Kepez.
What We Do
We manufacture outdoor shading and glass enclosure systems. Our range runs from systems that cover the top (bioclimatic pergola, rolling roof, motorised pergola awning) to systems that close the sides (guillotine glass, sliding glass, zip screens).
Winter gardens and terrace enclosures are the comprehensive solutions built by combining those systems as the need requires. Which one suits you depends on whether the space will also be used in winter, and on your budget.
How We Manufacture and Install
We manufacture in our own workshop in Kepez, Antalya. Profiles are cut, the surface treatment is applied and the system is prepared in the workshop before it goes to site. Installation is carried out by our own team.
Systems are made from 6063-T6 grade extruded aluminium. The surface treatment is 80–100 micron electrostatic powder coating — the step that determines how the aluminium stands up to UV and corrosion.
Every project gets its own structural calculation: profile section, connection details and anchor type are calculated separately against ground conditions, span, and local wind and snow load data.
From Survey to Handover
1. Free on-site measurement
We measure the space, examine the ground condition and mounting points, and assess the local wind load. The survey is free in central Antalya and the surrounding districts.
2. 3D design
A three-dimensional visual is prepared from the measurements. Colour, column positions and lighting layout are settled before installation. If you do not approve the quotation, nothing is owed.
3. An itemised quotation
Materials, automation, side enclosure and installation are shown as separate lines in a quotation prepared for your project.
4. Manufacturing
After approval, profiles are cut, the surface treatment is applied and the system is prepared in our workshop. The structural calculation report is added to the project file.
5. Installation and handover
Installation is done by our own team. Before handover the movement mechanism, the drainage and the automation are tested, and we brief you on operating the system.
Warranty and After-Sales
The system as a whole carries a 2-year warranty. The motor and mechanical parts, the louvres or fabric, and the powder coating are covered for 5 years. Installation workmanship is covered separately.
Warranty terms can vary by product; the specification table on each product page states the figures for that system. The warranty applies provided the system is used in line with its operating instructions.
After-sales support is handled by the team that installed your system, so you reach the same people with any technical need. We also offer periodic maintenance.
Where We Work
We serve all the central districts of Antalya and the surrounding ones. In these areas the survey, measurement and 3D design are free; our installation team travels there on a weekly schedule.
In the more distant districts we group surveys in the same area when booking appointments. We also take on projects outside Antalya; in that case transport and accommodation appear as separate items in the quotation.
