What Data We Collect

The quote form collects your name, phone number and e-mail address, along with any note you choose to add. The page the form was sent from is also included in the notification e-mail.

• Name — to address you properly and personalise the quotation (required)
• Phone — to call you back about the quotation and the survey appointment (required)
• E-mail — to send the written quotation and continue the correspondence (required)
• Anything you would like to add — your note about the space and what you expect (optional)
• The page the form was sent from — so we know which product you are interested in

Why We Process It

Your data is processed only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a survey appointment, prepare a quotation and — if we go ahead together — carry out the contract and installation.

We do not send marketing messages without your consent. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

Third-Party Services

The site is hosted on Vercel infrastructure, where server logs are kept. Form notifications are delivered by e-mail through our SMTP provider.

We use a Google Ads conversion tag to measure advertising performance. The tag sends a conversion signal to Google when a phone or WhatsApp link is clicked and when the form is submitted.

Some of these services may process data outside Türkiye. For details of the conditions governing that transfer, please contact us.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for a reasonable period from receipt and then deleted. Where an enquiry becomes a job, the data is kept for as long as the contract and warranty processes require and the law provides for.

These retention periods still have to be matched to the company’s actual practice and written into this text.
